The NC-188, built by
the National Radio Co. from 1957-1959, covers 540 kc - 40 mc in four
bands, with calibrated bandspread on the 80, 40, 20, 15, 11, and 10
meter amateur bands. The NC-188 features a large 12" slide-rule dial
with combination edge and backlighting.

This radio was built as a US Navy version of the NC-100A. The NC-156
covers 300kc thru 16mc in two bands.
